Handling and transit time 7-14 days
All products available on Affected are shipped directly from our facilities in Canada to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Processing time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time may vary from 12 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday) for free (economy) shipping or 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) for express shipping
It is important to highlight that these deadlines do not include holidays or scheduled service interruptions, which could delay the arrival of the order.
The products will be sent via Correos or another carrier, always with a tracking code that will allow the customer to monitor the progress of the delivery. Absence of the recipient:
Please make sure someone is at the address to receive your products. Correos makes three delivery attempts, and if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the order will be forwarded to the Correos branch closest to the address.
